Bryn Cocyn Organic Apple Juice – Joyce was born and bred at Bryn Cocyn, which has been in her family for three generations. They have farmed there organically, since 1989 and are also tenants on some nearby hill land, which they have farmed organically since 1978.

Their aim has been to grow in a way that will allow future generations to do the same – to add as little as they can to climate change, to contribute to our community and to avoid the amorality – even immorality of commodity markets.

They believe that a high-yielding, efficient agriculture is essential to match the need for good food, but only to the extent that the soil and her laws of use-and-return can sustain!
