Getting a veg box delivery is a great way of eating seasonally and provides a fab source of inspiration for your weekly meals. At The Vale Grocer we put a lot of care into planning your seasonal vegetable box, and get great feedback from customers on the variety we manage to provide.
What’s in the boxes changes with the seasons, but we’ll always give you potatoes, onions and carrots. We’ve provided a few example boxes below to give you an idea.
We grow our own vegetables and soft fruit in Prion using environmentally friendly methods and without chemicals, and supplement with organic veg from Organic North.
Our veg boxes are always organic, always seasonal. We try to limit plastic and packaging, and reuse as much as we can. More here on how we try to tread lightly.
